St Cuthbert’s Centre, Holy Island 

Artist in Residence: 18 – 26 June 2022

The second of this year’s ‘Artist in Residence’ Events takes place from the 18 – 26 June 2022 when St Cuthbert’s Centre will be hosting an Exhibition of Judy Hurst’s Vellum paintings as she makes a return visit to Holy Island.

Judy will be returning after two years to exhibit some original vellum paintings with limited edition prints in the St Cuthbert’s Centre on Fiddler’s Green from 18 June to 26 June.

Her bright and intricate work draws inspiration from the natural world and its relationship with Celtic spirituality.  Lindisfarne has always been a focus for the inspiration, and after two years without her usual residency, Judy says it is a joy to return!

All work will be for sale, but the most important thing for Judy is meeting the public and answering questions.
